In the fully equipped facilities of our clinic, moles, papillomas, and skin malignancies can be removed from any area of the body and, if necessary, sent for histological examination.
Moles (commonly known as nevi) represent a benign proliferation of cells that are naturally present in the skin. All people have moles. Some moles are present from birth (congenital moles), while others develop during the first decades of life (acquired moles).
Mole removal from the face and body is performed not only for aesthetic reasons but also for preventive purposes, especially when there is a risk of malignant transformation. Typical warning signs that should concern the patient include sudden enlargement, itching, irregular borders, marked asymmetry, very dark color, and uneven pigmentation within the mole.
