Autologous Fat (Lipofilling)
The latest advancement in plastic surgery for the “hollowing” of the face that occurs with age. It belongs to minimally invasive techniques and provides results with exceptionally long-lasting effects.
Its areas of application include:
- Upper eyelid: To correct the appearance of drooping brows and hollowing around the eye

The Procedure of the Operation
A small amount of fat is suctioned from the body (usually the abdomen or hips) and, once properly processed, is injected into the areas to be corrected.
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia in the fully equipped, state-of-the-art facilities of our clinic.
After the Procedure
Fat injection in the face causes slight swelling, which usually subsides within 4–5 days. It does not trigger any allergic reactions, and the results last much longer compared to synthetic implants, although a second session may be needed after six months.
Combination Procedures
It is an excellent combination with Nanofat Stem Cell Mesotherapy, which also utilizes adipose tissue as a raw material, as well as Autologous PRP Mesotherapy. Both treatments, in addition to their local effects, enhance the results by allowing a higher percentage of fat cells to survive in the new location due to the formation of new blood vessels and increased vascularization.
