Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Animakti rinoplastiki

Who is it intended for?

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, also known as the “10-minute rhinoplasty,” is steadily gaining popularity, especially among younger individuals or those with minor issues who would not consider surgery as the only option.

The technique of Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty is based on identifying areas of the nasal skeleton that have tissue deficits or deformities and then restoring them with targeted fillers, primarily using injectable Hyaluronic Acid implants.

The best candidates are people with good nasal breathing and mild skeletal deformities, individuals who have previously undergone surgical Rhinoplasty and wish to make minor corrections without the hassle of another surgery, or those with localized nasal deformities following an accident.

Specifically, individuals with a small to moderate dorsal hump, moderate deformities of the nasal tip or nasal root, are ideal candidates for correction with this technique.

For example, the root of the nose can be filled, asymmetries along the sides can be corrected, the tip can be lifted, and a drooping nose when smiling can be prevented.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty does not address septum issues and cannot reduce the size of a large nose; it only reshapes by redistributing volume.

Individuals with septal deviation, enlarged nasal turbinates, or other anatomical issues requiring surgical correction are recommended to undergo Traditional Rhinoplasty.

The Procedure of Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

The procedure is performed at the plastic surgeon’s office under local anesthesia using a topical anesthetic cream. Using a fine cannula or very thin needle, the plastic surgeon injects hyaluronic acid beneath the skin of the nose and shapes it into the desired form.

The hyaluronic acid used is specially formulated for this area of the face, carries international certification, and has been proven over time.

Return to daily activities is immediate, with the only recommendations being to avoid intense physical activity, exposure to heat, and the use of makeup for 24–48 hours after the procedure.
