Autologous Mesotherapy

Autologous PRP Mesotherapy

Autologous mesotherapy represents the pinnacle of mesotherapy today and is used:

  • On the face: To tighten loose skin, address fine wrinkles and scars (e.g., from acne), and improve skin texture
  • On the body: To tighten skin locally and reduce cellulite
  • On the scalp: To strengthen it, reduce hair loss, and increase hair thickness

Autologous mesotherapy utilizes activated platelets in the blood plasma (PRPs – platelet-rich plasma) to release autologous growth factors, which in turn activate adult stem cells to multiply and repair damaged tissue.

The Procedure of the Operation

Blood is drawn from a peripheral vein in an amount equivalent to a standard blood test. The blood is then placed in a special device where it is centrifuged, separating it into platelet-rich plasma and other cellular components.

The plasma is collected and special activators (DNA bases) are added to stimulate the platelets, enhancing both the quality and the longevity of the results.

The activated plasma is then injected intradermally with microinjections into the face, décolleté, hands, scalp, or any other area of the body that requires treatment.

Two sessions (three in very severe cases) are required to achieve results that last approximately 12 months.

Advantages

  • Improvement of skin texture
  • Elimination of very fine wrinkles
  • Skin tightening with the production of new collagen and elastin
  • Reduction of hyperpigmentation
  • Strengthening of the scalp

Combination Procedures

It is an ideal combination with injectable treatments such as Botox, Hyaluronic Acid, and Allogeneic Mesotherapy, and can also be used alongside other complementary aesthetic treatments to enhance and accelerate results.

Contraindications

It is 100% safe in terms of allergic reactions due to full compatibility with the body. Possible bruising or localized swelling usually resolves within 2 days. It is not performed in patients with HIV infection, in pregnant women, in patients with active neoplastic disease, or in those receiving antiplatelet therapy.
