Brazilian Butt Lift
The Brazilian Butt Lift is a precise and refined combination of liposuction and fat transfer aimed at reshaping and enhancing the curvature of the buttocks while simultaneously improving overall body proportions.
The Procedure of the Operation
It can be performed under either general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedation if the treated area is small.
The procedure begins with liposuction, usually from the abdomen, waist, and flanks. The fat is collected and then processed to ensure it is completely clean and free from blood, fluids, and other tissues.
In the second phase of the procedure, special fat transfer cannulas are used to inject the fat into multiple layers of the target area. In the case of the buttocks, enhancement is usually needed in the upper pole. The fat transfer is done through small incisions, each about 3–4 mm, which often heal without the need for stitches.
After the Procedure
After the procedure, a compression garment should be worn for about one month, and care should be taken to limit prolonged sitting for the first 15 days.
The result is completely natural, permanent, and free of scars or foreign implants, unlike silicone implants. The curvature of the buttocks is significantly enhanced, and the body achieves more harmonious proportions.
